Just south of Puyallup, the Fred310 project is well underway. Being led by joint venture partners Panattoni Development Co. and Crow Holdings, the development will bring over 3 million square feet of new industrial product to the region.

Sitework began on the 310 acre former Boeing-owned site in 2022. bally casino reviewSierra Construction is working on three buildings in the development; Buildings D, E and G.

Building D is a speculative 753,069 square foot industrial building.

Building E is bally slot machinesa build-to-suit for Harbor Freight, and is 782,773 square feet.

Building G is also a speculative build, and will be 611,340 square feet.

All three buildings have 40’ clear heights. The first building is due for completion in Q2 2024.
